Waar gaat Run with the Wind over?
Kakeru, een voormalige eliterenner op de middelbare school, wordt achtervolgd omdat hij voedsel heeft gestolen. Hij wordt gered door Kansei University-student Haiji, die ook hardloper is. Kakeru eventually appears at the relay station, running at shocking speeds. Their dream lies before them. Kakeru passes to Haiji. Their sash unites them and their entire team.
